The location worked well for my plans, just a short stroll to nearby attractions. The food surprised me with its quality – each meal I had was delicious and well-prepared. my room had some significant drawbacks. The noise from the pub downstairs was overwhelming, making it hard to relax or sleep, especially with the heavy bass from the music. The hot water also didn't seem to function properly, which was frustrating. The staircase leading up to my room was steep and cluttered, which made navigating with my luggage a bit of a challenge. Although the bed was pretty comfortable, I expected more from the overall cleanliness and presentation of the room.

The cozy atmosphere in the pub was pleasant.
Our stay was overshadowed by significant issues. The first night, the radiators were not turned on, resulting in an uncomfortably cold room. the check-out process was non-existent as no staff was available. we felt abandoned. To make matters worse, the condition of the stair carpet was appalling, and my wife ended up with insect bites, which made us question the cleanliness of the premises.

Cozy beds and a chill location
We stayed for just one night, and the beds were way comfier than expected. Location was perfect for checking out local sights. The restaurant had some tasty options too! Just wish the shower's water pressure was a bit better. Made things a little tricky, but it was manageable.
